What is allowed to store?
It is allowed to store anything that is not dangerous, flammable, illegal, perishable or alive.
What are the sizes of the available storing containers?
The Contentor Amarelo offers spaces with dimensions which go from 1 m2 to 45 m2. With our assistance, you will be able to choose the most suitable for your needs.
What happens if I rent a container with the wrong size or change my need for space?
In this specific case, the client may migrate to another container whith the space he need.
Which is the minimum letting period?
That would be 1 month. Ending this period, the contract continuity will be determined by the costumer, through monthly automatic renewal or the cancellation request.
What documents do I need to make the contract?
Ours is a simple contract, with no burocracy and without the need for a co-signer. You will just have to provide your I.D., TIN (tax identification number) or, Citizen Card and proof of address.
Where can I purchase boxes and other materials to store and carry my objects?
In case you need it, the Contentor Amarelo, can provide a wide range of products for packaging and protection of your goods.
What is the security system used?
The entrance in the building is controlled through an access code provided at the time of lease of the container, and only the client is in possession of the appropriate key. Each container contains individual alarme. Motion is controlled by surveillance cameras scattered through the building, being recorded by the company 24/7.
What are the companies working hours?
Our clients have full access to the containers all day long, whenever he needs to.
